A yurt ceiling painted deep blue with golden lions and mythical beasts framed by geometric key-pattern borders.

In May 2024, a yurt exhibition was held in the central square of the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbaatar City. We present some photos of the yurts displayed at the exhibition, with a focus on the design of the skylight and pillars. The level of craftsmanship that made the yurts is amazing.
